Mikä on vikana, kun ylälanka temppuilee upo-uudessa ompelukoneessa? Menetän hermoni kohta! D :
Tikinpituuksia ja langankireyksiä oon kokeillu vaihtaa ja langottanut monesti uusiks, mut ei kun vaan jaksaa kettuilla. Ongelmana on siis se, et ylälanka vaikuttais olevan liian löysällä, se jättää alalangan "ympärille" lenkkejä, joiden läpi alalanka sit menee ja tavallaan lepää löysänä niiden lenkkien sisällä. Oikeelta puolelta ommel näyttää siistiltä, mut nurjalta paistaa ylälangan jättämät lenksut. :-/ Auttakee pliis jos keksitte jonkun mikä tän vois aiheuttaa. 06.10.2008 - 13:30
Eli kouluni alkoi nyt syksyllä ja oon ollu hirmu kiireinen sen kanssa. On jääny netissä surffailu ikävä kyllä tosi vähälle, oon ihan jäljessä kaikkien teidän ihanissa blogeissannekin. :-( Toivon, et kun alkaa tää koulu-rutiini taas löytymään niin jää enemmän aikaa sit täälläkin pyöriä - blogin lopettamista en ole suunnitellut hetkeäkään!
Eli, elossa ollaan ja kiinnostus on säilynyt (ellei jopa kasvanut ;-)), aika vaan ei riitä. Näkyilemisiin! No niin, eli sain eilen VIHDOIN aikaseks ladata kuvia SiS:iin. Jotenkii vaan nolottaa katsella joitakin omia räpellyksiä kun tuntuu, et kaikkien muiden työt on niin über-upeita :-D Tässä nyt on kuitenki muutama leiska ja yhdestä yksityiskohta. Oon siis tehny minibookia kännykamerakuvista kesistä 04 ja 05. SiS:stä löytyy niitä lisää, oon siellä nimellä Kittie. :-)

Enkä nyt tarkoita pikkuhelistinmäistä blogi-sivustomuuttoa (;-)), vaan ihka oikeaa muutto-muuttoa. Aikaa h-hetkeen on tosin (vielä) kolmisen viikkoa (maksimissaan), mutta en totta puhuen malttais odottaa! Mukavaa muuttaa, kun tietää, että siitä tulee koti seuraavaksi 4 vuodeksi (ellei mitään yllättävää tapahdu). Aiemmin olen asustellut lähinnä opiskelija-soluissa yms., eikä niistä ole oikein saanut tehtyä "tyylistäni" kotia. Nyt olisikii tarkoitus avokin kanssa luopua teineistä julisteista ja ajatella asuntoa "isompana kokonaisuutena". Sormeni syyhyävät jo päästä tekemään kaiken maailman seinäkoristeita. :-D
Muutenkin toivon, että tällä kertaa saadaan kämpästä sellanen oman näkönen. Budjetin ollessa minimaalinen ja kalusteiden ollessa "sieltä täältä räävittyjä" voi joutuu kekseliäisyys koville. Onneks on olemassa internetin ihmeellinen maailma ;-) Mutta nyt, palaan inspiroitumaan surffailun parissa! --- And Im not talking about pikkuhelistin-like blog-moving (;-)), but a real move-move. Theres still like 3 weeks until the d-date, but frankly I cant wait! Its nice to move knowing that the flat will be our home for the next four years if nothing surprising happens. In the past Ive lived mostly in these student-condos and theyve been quite hard to make look like "my" home. Now we plan on getting rid of all the teen-ish posters and try to think the flat as a pigger picture. My fingers are nearly aching to make all kinds of wall-hangers and what not :-D I wish that this time we'll be able to make it look like our own. The budget being as small as it is, and having furniture gathered here and there my creativity will be needed. Luckily there is such thing as the Internet ;-) But now Ill get back to getting inspired via surfing! 07.08.2008 - 12:34
Saas nähdä kuinka äkkiä tähän tottuu. Kyllästyin entiseen joka olikin jo pyörinyt mulla aika pitkään taustalla. :-) Mitäs tykkäilette?
Tekisi mieli uudistua muutenkin. Hiuksille pitäisi keksiä jotain ja tatuointihaaveet jatkaa jylläämistään (seuraavasta palkasta olisi se tarkoitus käydä ottamassa)! Suunnitelmistani en sen enempää vielä kerro. Saatte nähdä kun sen saan sitten joskus otettua! Viime palkka hupeni niin yllättäen (200e veljelle, 350e takuuvuokraan, 250e vuokraan, 100e hammaslääkärille ja 300e säästötilille) et tää kuu meneekin nyt vyönlenkkejä kiristellessä. :-/ No, aina voin lohduttautua ajatuksella, et kohta on tonni säästössä. :-) Koulukin alkaa 25. päivä ja jänskättää aika paljon! Mutta odotan myös innolla! Jännittää hyvässä mielessä kun ei yhtään tiedä mitä tuleman pitää. Ja muuttaakin pitäisi taas jossain vaiheessa. Oon muuttanu nyt 9 kertaa 5 vuodessa ja 10. kerta lähestyy muutaman viikon päästä. Mutta se siitä, koska en ole saanut skanneria takaisin, en voi esitellä uusimpia tuotoksiani vieläkään. Lopuksi vielä vähän silmäkarkkia DeviantArtista. --- Ill see how Ill get used to this. I got so bored with the last one that had been on there for an eternity at least. :-) Do you like it? Ive got this must-get-newer -feeling in other respects too. I should do something with my hair and Im still planning on getting a tattoo (Ill get it done once my next salary comes)! I wont tell anything more specific about my plans yet, youll see it once I get it done! My last salary went like *poof* (200e for my brother, 350e for quarantee-rent, 250e for rent, 100e to the dentist and 300e in savings) that this month seems to be all about stretching pennies. :-/ Well, at least I have 1000e in savings soon. :-) My school starts the 25th and Im quite excited! Not knowing what well do and how will it be makes me nervous in a good way. And we should be moving again soon too. Ive moved 9 times in the last 5 years and the 10th time is about to come in few weeks. But, thats it. Since I have no scanner yet back I cant "strut my stuff" (implication to SiS ;-)). Mikä siinä on, ettei häveliäisyyttään kehtaa sanoa miten asiat oikeesti on?
Mie saan sit järjestellä asioita ajatellen, et ei se haittaa kun toinen tulee sit tyytyväiseks, pieni vaiva siihen nähden. No, sit kun on asiat hoidettu niin selviääkin, et "en mie taidakaan jaksaa, sori". ARGH. Okei, asia oli pieni sinänsä, eikä vaiva ollu suuri, mut kuitenkin. Olis heti sanonut, ettei nyt oikein nappaa. Ei olis ollu mitään ongelmaa. Mut ei. Mulla vielä kiehuu aika herkästi yli tämmösissä turhissa pikku asioissa et argh. Hermostuttaa vaan tuollanen nahjustelu. Hyviäkin uutisia on: löysin kirpparilta täysin toimivan Dymon 4 eurolla! Ja kolme rullaa tarraa. Kaks mustaa ja yks tumman vihree. :-) --- Whats up with being too modest to tell how things really are? I get to make all kinds of arrangements thinking thats its worth it cause it'll make him happy. Well, when Ive managed to arrange things, I find out that "I guess Im too tired to do it, sorry". ARGH. Okay, the thing wasnt too hard/big to do, and it didnt take me much time but still. Why couldnt he say straight that hes not really into it now. There wouldnt have been any problem. But no. And I reach a boiling point quite easily at situations like this. Im just annoyed by such wimping. Good news too though: I found a perfectly functioning Dymo for 4 euros! And three rolls of sticker to it. Two black ones and one dark green. :-) 08.07.2008 - 09:08

No niin, tämän verran olen saanut nyt muutamassa päivässä aikaiseksi. :-) Paperina siis edelleen BG:n 6x6 Scarlett's Letter, kuvina tulosteita ja koristeina ja journalingeina olen käyttänyt netistä tulostamiani lippusia ja lappusia. Niin ja kirjaintarrat myös BG:n muistaakseni. Well, this is what Ive done so far (in the past few days) :-). Ive used BG's 6x6 Scarletts Letter paperpad, pictures Ive printed and all the add-ons and journalings Ive printed from the net. The letterstickers are from BG too if I remember right.  Kuvat on hieman vinkuralla, koska en ole ehtinyt suoristamaan niitä liiskaamalla. Ja sensuroitu tagi kertoo vain missä kuva on otettu. The pictures are a bit crooked cause I havent had the time to flatten them. The text says "The very first picture of us. and the censored part says just where it was taken.  Tässä taas kerrotaan alkuajoistamme ja siitä, kuinka ei alkuun uskallettu nähdä toisiamme muuten, kuin pienessä sievässä. Joskus sievä oli vähän isompi ja olo seuraavana päivänä sen mukainen. This just tells how we, at first, didnt have the courage to see eachother if we werent a bit under the influence. Sometimes we were a bit more under it and the feeling next day was... well, you can imagine.  Tässä taas vähän samaa aihepiiriä. Tageissa lukee kuvan ottohetki ja paikka. And this relates to the one above. There are locations and times on the tags. The headline says "Feeling bad" and the journaling says "Sometimes a bad feeling can hit you in the middle of the evening. Luckily theres someone to take care of you and to carry you in to a bed".  Kymmenen kohdan listani ;-) Listattuna siis kaikkia meidän yhteisiä hassuttelu-juttuja. My ten point-list. ;-) I listed all the funny stuff we joke about or do when we're together. The picture says it, he fell of the couch. :-D The headline says something like "WOOPS" and the tiny tag says "you got liquid in your year".  Kylie Minoguen sanoituksia: "Two hearts are beating together, Im in love, Im in love. Is this forever and ever, Im in love, Im in love". Huomatkaa väliimme liimattu sydän. I love to snuffle you cause it still gives me butterflies in my tummy. Kommentit ovat tervetulleita. Kuvat on tosiaan oikeasti suorassa papereihin nähden ja muuta, nuo koko "sivut" vaan on sen verran makkaralla näissä (skanneri on kesälomalla...) et näyttää kaikki muukin olevan. Tässä on nyt siis lupaamani kuvat (huonolaatuisia tosin :-/) Here are the pictures I promised (poor-quality though :-/) Eli aloittamani kansion etukansi: The front cover of the folder/book I started to make.  (Laitan parempia kuvia kun saan niitä otettua!) (Ill put better pictures up when I get to take some!) Takakansi: Back-cover:   Kansion tarvikkeina käytetty: NOKIA:n kännykkälaatikon kannet hyväksikäytetty kansien materiaalina. Tiimarista ostettua scrap-paperia käyetty päällystämiseen. Mustetta ja kuplamuovia koristeluun, netistä tulostettuja vintage-kuvia leikattu ja liimattu, sekä rub-on kirjaimia laitettu kanteen (merkkiä en muista) Ja koko siis on vähän yli 6x6. Materials: Nokia's cellphone box (the one it comes in) used as the covers. Scrap paper from Tiimari (glued to cover the ugly card-board). Ink and bubble-wrap, vintage pics from the Internet (cut and glued) and some rub-ons (I cant remember the name of them). And the size is a bit bigger than 6x6. Ja eka LO ko. kansioon (noudattanee myös Inspiroidu-blogin haastetta ;-)) And the first LO to the folder/book (I suppose it qualifies to the Inspiroidu-blog's challenge too ;-))  Journaling-lapussa siis lukee: "Hassu pikku torkku-possu. Aina pitää nukkua ainaki yhet päivänokoset." Avokkini siis kuvissa ja LO:hon oon laittanu haukottelu- ja torkkukuvia. :-) Materiaalit listaan myöhemmin, nyt nukuttaa liikaa :-) Materiaalit: Basic Grey's Scarlett's Letter-paperia (koko 6x6) Ihan peruspaperille tulostettuja huonolaatuisia (ja hyvälaatuisia) kännykamerakuvia. 7 Gypsies:in Aika-leimasinta käytetty Time:lapun tekoon. Netistä tulostettu journaling-lappu ja mustaa askartelupaperia (merkkiä en muista) The journaling-tag says: "Funny little nap-piglet. You always have to take at least one day-nap." (poorly translated...) Its my common-law-hubby and some yawn- and nap-pics. :-) Ill list the materials later, Im way too tired now. Materials: Basic Grey's Scarlett's Letter paper (size 6x6). Bad quality (and better quality) pics taken with a cellphone cam and printed on a regular paper. 7 Gypsies's Time-stamp for the Time-note. Journaling-tag printed from the net and some black paper. EDIT: Uusia kuvia laitoin vanhojen tilalle. Pitäis olla parempilaatusia :-) Kansion kansissa siis reiät molemmissa reunoissa. Toisesta ne kiinnittyy saranarenkailla, ja toisiin tulee nauha-viritys, jotta sen voi sitten sulkea ja pitää suljettuna. EDIT: I put some new pics up, they should be better-quality :-) There are two pairs of holes in the covers. Aloitin siis tekemään 6x6-kokoista kansiota saranarenkailla eilen. Kannet tein kännykän mukana tulleesta laatikosta (siis siitä minkä sisällä kännykkä on kun se ostetaan), ja päällystin ne scrap-paperilla, kuplamuovi-leimailulla, tekstillä ja muutamalla kuvalla. Siinä kaikki mitä oonkin saanu nyt sen suhteen aikaseks :-D Tuli ihan yllättävän hieno. Tuskailin aluks aivan järjettömästi sen kanssa kun näytti ihan mölöltä mielestäni, mut kun lisäsin siihen vintage-kuvia pari, alko jo näyttämään paremmalta. Nyt jo tykkään siitä, vaikka ei se mikään taiteen riemuvoitto ole :-D Ajattelin kerätä siihen kansioon/kirjaan kuvia mun ja avokkini seurustelusta. Yllättävän hauskoja kuvia löyty (kännykameralla otettuja) kun jaksoi vähän kaivella!
Tänään oon kai menossa kavereiden kanssa paikalliseen baariin kattoo stand-upia, mut mieli tekis vaan jäädä kotiin askartelemaan :-D Voiko enää nolompaa olla. Etenki kun en ole kavereita nähnyt aikoihin! Tilaamani valokuvatkin oli jo tulleet. :-) En malta odottaa sitäkään et pääsen niitä laittelemaan ja hypistelemään. Laitan kansista varmaan kuvia illalla jos ehdin! Tosin käytössä ei ole kun huonohko kännykamera, joten kuvien laadusta en uskalla sanoa mitään... Edit: Miksi ei Suomesta saa Sassafras Lassin kaikkia papereita? Musta se on huutava vääryys, joka tulis korjata. Perkule kun en osaa ulkomailtakaan mitään tilata. AAARGH! Ne on niin ihania. Niin ja ne leimasimet <3_____<3 --- So, I started to make a folder/book yesterday. The size is 6x6 and its bind by hinged-rings. I made the covers out of a box that came with my xcellphone (you know, the box they sell the cellphones in) and I covered them with scrap-paper, bubblewrap-stamping, some text and few pictures. Thats all Ive managed to do about it for now. :-D I think it came out surprisingly well. I didnt like it at first at all, since it looked somewhat crooked and goofy to me, but when I added some vintage-pics on it, it started to look alright. Now Im even liking it, even though its not a huge success art-wise :-D I thought about collecting some pics about me and my common-law-hubby and the time we just started dating in it. I found some really funny pictures (taken by a cellphone) after some searching! Today I might be going to see some stand-up with my friends to a local bar, but Id prefer staying at home and do some scrapping :-D How lame is that. Especially since I havent seen them in a long time! Oh, and the pictures I ordered have arrived. :-) I cant wait to get my hands on them too. I suppose Ill post a pic of the covers I made tonight if I have the time to! Although I can only use one crappy cellphone camera to take the pics, so there are no guality-guarantees... Edit: Why arent Sassafras Lass's papers available in Finland? I think its a HUGE injustice and should be fixed. Darn me and my incompetence in ordering from out side of Europe. AAARGH! Ihan turhaan stressasin koko tapahtumaa. En säheltänyt/möhlinyt mitään ja onnistuin suoriutumaan ihan mukavasti (kai) annetuista tehtävistä. Saa nähdä oliko se tarpeeksi vai ei, tulokset tulevat ensi kuun puolen välin hujakoilla. Parempi puolisko lähti reissuun Eurooppaan ja telkkari (tai boksi) kossahti, hence olen saanut helkutin paljon aikaiseksi. Eestyin VIHDOINKIN tilaamaan Fotonetistä kuvia, joka mun on pitänyt tehdä jo varmaan puoli vuotta. Yllättäen kuvia on kertynyt kun on 3 vuotta niitä räpsinyt eikä ole teettänyt yhtään. :-O En malta oottaa, et kuvat tulee ja pääsee turastamaan valokuva- ja scrap-albumien parissa. Inspiroidu-blogi on todellakii tehny tehtävänsä, enkä malta odottaa et pääsen ottamaan osaa haasteisiin. Vaikkakin jälkikäteen. :-) Mutta nyt paneudun Patricia Cornwellin Viimeinen Piiri -kirjaan ja maksalaatikkoon :-D --- The entrance examinations are happily over now :-) I stressed it for nothing really. I didnt mess up or make a fool of myself and I suppose I managed to do just fine. Well see if that was enough or not, the results should come in the middle of next month. My better half went to travel to Europe and my tv (or digital receiver) broke down, so Ive managed to get a hell of a lot done. I FINALLY ordered some pictures via Fotonetti, which I should have done like a half a year now. Surprisingly there are tons of pics stuck in our computer since weve shot them for like three years and havent developed any :-O I cant wait for the pics to come and to be able to scribble everything out of them (photo- and scrap-album wise). The Inspiroidu-blog has really done its trick and I cant wait to participate in the challenges. Kokeet on siis 2-päiväiset ja ensi viikon torstaina ja perjantaina. D: Sosiaalisten tilanteiden pelko yhdistettynä suorituspaineisiin on oikein hyvä yhdistelmä... ... ... Samaan syssyyn saa stressata muutosta (päällänsä koko ajan), kämpän pitäis olla tyhjä lauantaihin mennessä. Ja sitten tuo parempi puolisko lähtee reissuun about 3 viikoksi. Liikaa tapahtumia kerralla. En ole edes ennakkotehtävää saanut kasatuksi (ei mulla siihen kyllä mitään ihmeempiä näytettäviä/laitettavia edes ole kun en ole töitäni hirveästi kuvannut kuitenkaan, enkä ole saanut viime aikoina mitään pahemmin aikaiseksi). Sain sentään vihdoin aikaiseksi raahautua lääkärille masennukseni takia ja sain lääkitystä. Sen pitäisi tepsiä myös sos. tilanteiden pelkoonkin. *huokaus* Nyt pitäisi vielä metsästää hyvä muste leimailuun. :-) --- I guess Im trying to ease my exam-anxiety by shopping. The exam is a two-day stint, on Thursday and Friday next week. D: Fear of social situations combined with achievement-pressure is a very good combination in deed ... ... ... Then, I can stress about moving, our apartment should be empty and ready for others to move in on Saturday. And THEN my better-half leaves for about 3 weeks (hes going to travel Europe and participate in this midsummer-thingy). Too much everything happening at the same time. I havent even managed to gather up my pre-assignment for the exam (not that I have much to put in it anyway since I havent photographed a lot of my works and I havent done anything lately). I managed to drag my ass into the doctors appointment at last though. I got medication for my depression. It should work for the fear of social situations too. *whoah* Now I should find a good ink for stamping. :-) |
